We try to make all of our themes and templates as simple as possible to use, no matter your level of understanding of Kajabi or Canva. However, having some knowledge of Kajabi will make things a little easier!
The included PDF documentation includes step-by-step instructions to install your theme and templates, as well as our top tips and tricks to create and launch a beautiful Kajabi website.
Is support included?
We do not provide ongoing support with our themes, unless there is an issue with its functionality. But if you need any help, you can reach out to us at heyo@regentparkstudio.com.
Do I have to pay for Kajabi separately?
Yes, you will need an active account with Kajabi.
Do you offer refunds?
Because of the digital nature of this products, refunds are not offered. If you have any questions about the theme before you purchase, please contact us at heyo@regentparkstudio.com.
Can you customize my theme for my brand?
We do not offer customizations for themes at this time. However, our themes are easy to change colors, your logo, and images! If you're looking for something more bespoke for your business, please feel free to reach out to us at heyo@regentparkstudio.com to learn more about our studio services.
How does it work when you upload my new theme to my website?
Our Theme Deployment Service takes the hassle out of setup — we’ll upload your Kajabi theme directly in your account within 24 business hours of purchase. You'll receive an email from our team with details on how to provide us with secure access.
This service covers upload only and does not include the creation or connection of automations, products, or navigations. However, your theme documentation includes step-by-step instructions to help you along the way.
Do I need Canva Pro to use the Canva tempaltes?
Nope! All our templates work with the free version of Canva.
