If you're receiving an error when trying to upload your template, you may not have unzipped the initial file OR you've unzipped too many files.

Unzip the initial download file only. Inside, you'll find zip files for each of your templates. Do not unzip these files! Inside your Theme Documentation, you'll find step-by-step instructions on how and where to upload each template. Please follow these instructions and upload the .zip file for each template as-is.

All products are delivered digitally. Once your payment is confirmed, you’ll receive an instant download link and a follow-up email with access to your files.

Check your spam or promotions folder first. If it’s not there, reach out to us through our contact form with the email address you used when you purchased.

Because our products are digital and instantly accessible, all sales are final. That said, if you have trouble accessing your files or run into a technical issue, we’re happy to help troubleshoot.

Your purchase includes a personal or single-business license. That means you can use and edit the templates for your own brand but not resell, redistribute, or use them in client work.

You can share editable access within your own business or brand team. Public sharing or redistribution is not permitted.

Please note that our support covers general technical issues related to our products — such as theme installation, file access, or design snippet troubleshooting. We do not provide support on customizations of your themes or templates or for the web applications themselves including Kajabi, Framer, or Canva.
